Frequently Asked Questions
What is a limited-edition artwork?
A limited-edition artwork is a special, fixed-number series of reproductions based on an original piece. Our limited-edition artworks are not prints, but hand-painted in oil on canvas by an artist - each one a quiet echo of the original. Subtle variations in brushstroke and detail make very piece its own, a singular expression in a series shaped by human hands.
Are the artworks numbered?
Yes. Each limited-edition artwork is individually numbered, ensuring both authenticity and uniqueness. This also helps maintain the value and traceability of each piece within the edition.
How many artworks are in each edition?
Each limited edition is strictly capped at 50 hand-painted reproductions. This number is fixed and will never be exceeded. The edition size is always clearly stated in the product description, reinforcing the rarity and collectible value of each piece.
Will this artwork be reproduced again in the future?
No. Once a limited edition of 50 is sold out, no further reproductions will be made. This ensures that each collector owns a truly rare piece and helps preserve the integrity, exclusivity, and long-term value of the artwork.
What materials do you use for your artworks?
Each limited-edition piece is hand-painted in oil on high-quality canvas, carefully selected to match the look and feel of the original. We do not use printing methods or digital reproduction -every artwork is created using traditional materials, ensuring durability, richness of color, and true artistic texture.
Do the artworks come framed?
Most artworks are shipped unframed, giving you the freedom to choose a frame that suits your space. However, every piece, whether original or limited edition, is delivered in a stretched canvas, ready for framing, or in a gallery wrap, ready to hang. If an artwork comes pre-framed, that will be noted in the product description.
What’s the difference between a Stretched Canvas and a Gallery Wrap?
We offer two beautiful ways to finish your artwork- both arrive ready to impress, but with slightly different looks:
Stretched Canvas (3/4" deep bars)
The artwork is stretched over slimmer 3/4-inch bars, with the sides left white or softly painted.
This style is perfect if you plan to frame the piece yourself.
Best for:
– Buyers who want to add their own frame
– A classic or traditional look
– Spaces that match framed artwork
Gallery Wrap (1 1/2" deep bars)
The canvas is wrapped around thicker 1 1/2-inch bars, with the image continuing around the
edges or finished with a solid color. This look is sleek, bold, and made to hang as-is, no frame
needed.
Best for:
– A modern or minimalist space
– Hanging the artwork straight out of the box
– A statement piece that stands alone
Still deciding?
Just leave us a note at checkout if you would like your canvas shipped as a gallery wrap. We will
be happy to accommodate whenever possible.
How is the artwork packaged and shipped?
Each artwork is carefully packaged using protective, gallery-grade materials to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We currently ship via UPS within the United States only. Because our limited-edition pieces are hand-painted to order, please allow 2–3 weeks for production. This includes time for an artist to create the work, for the oil paint to dry properly, and for a final quality inspection before shipment. We appreciate your patience — each piece is made with care and deserves the time it takes to be done right. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a UPS tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Can I return or exchange an artwork?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy on all artwork.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your piece, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked, we’ll take it back. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
